Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated · July 2026
The NSFW Nerd is free to read. To keep it that way — and to keep paying for the accounts I test — the site uses affiliate links.
What that means
Some links to the tools I review are affiliate links. If you click one and go on to subscribe or buy, I may earn a commission. You never pay a cent more — the price is identical whether you use my link or go direct. In some cases my link may even carry a discount.
Our promise
Commissions never buy a better score, a higher ranking, or a place on a "best of" list. Positions are set by the published six-point rubric and nothing else. A tool that pays well but tests badly gets a bad review — that's the whole point of this site.
Why we're upfront about it
Plenty of sites hide this. We think the disclosure is part of what makes a review trustworthy: you should always know how a site earns, so you can weigh its advice accordingly. Now you do.
Questions
If anything here reads as biased, that's a bug — tell me. The method is public precisely so it can be held to account.
